Delivery

We offer a flat-rate Australia wide shipping price of $9.90 (including GST).

We do not offer delivery outside of Australia.

We aim to ship your products within one working day from receiving confirmation of payment, however due to our wide range of products some items may go out of stock. We can usually restock quickly and will communicate with you if this is not possible with your order.

Depending on where your order is being shipped to, delivery usually takes from 2-10 working days, however we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this timeframe.

As your order status changes, provided you have left us with a valid email address, you will receive email updates of the progress of your order. You can also login to view the status of your order at any time. Note that even "guest" checkout customers can view their order status online - via the link provided in your order confirmation email - or via entering the order number and supplied password.

Delivery of your order will be via either Australia Post or via courier - chosen at the discretion of Get Gourmet. If you have specific delivery instructions/information - including authority to leave or sign on delivery instructions, then please include these in the comments section of your order.
